Good afternoon. I hope my email finds you well, and I apologise for not being able to provide this earlier! I was on a 2 week holiday following the move, and as can be expected we've just been very busy (still) unpacking and organising stuff at the house. So yeah, I've not forgotten about this :)

Accuracy and Thoroughness

- Being first home buyers, we were very much uncertain with a lot of the things that we had to do to go through with our purchase. Blair was very astute and clear about how we will be able to proceed, and gave us direction on what to do next at every turn. He also provided us options on the loan instruments that we could take, and gave a lot of insight and personal experiences from himself and some of this other clients to help us make decisions. His expertise on what he does is very apparent and put us at ease that we are in good hands.

Follow-ups and timeliness

- Blair took us through every step of the way, even if the timeline we were working on towards the settlement date was tight. He immediately gives us a call or email on any updates and did not leave us waiting.

Communication Effectiveness

- Blair was very clear in his recommendations and provided us very good guidance, and at the same time encouraged us to push for what would be most beneficial for our situation.
